Local municipal newspaper one area of our region are constantly advertised that the authorities pursue the taking of statements from citizens on the lease of land plots for individual house-building. Some citizens of these sites are for rent, build a house there, and then draw up the property. Everything seemed even legally, in accordance with Article 30.1 of the Land Code.
So I decided to get land on lease. I went to the Administration of the specified cabinet to write a statement. Previously learned that if the allegations of a plot will be at least 2, then held an auction. The land is leased to the person who wins the auction.
Statement from me, as I suspected, was not accepted. First, carrying nonsense, just to rid me. They began to tell me that no statements are not accepted, for the first time they hear about the plot, and communism in general, when something gave, was over. Then he began to say that the plot had already paid the man and the ad in the newspaper – it is a mere formality for the law and I am acting in cattle (this is verbatim quotes). The result sent to the head area, which hit at the reception was not possible. And when you send the statement by registered mail, it simply … I FSUs and auction held was not.
Plots are distributed mainly in the administration of approximate those of cronyism. I conducted a mock auction. More precisely, auctions are not conducted, because no one takes the statements and the land goes to rent free in-law, brother, friend. But the Russian do not surrender!
